For an interesting twist on games, you might check out the "Ovine by Design" website, which was at the least a new website to me.  Filled with a large number of freeware games that were largely remakes of games for older systems, there is plenty of time wasters awaiting your time.

I checked out the Ovine Lander which is a glorified remake of Lunar Lander.  Certainly not a bad game for a bit of playing even if there is no innovation there.  Those interested in taking a trip back to some of their favorites, especially on the Amiga and Commodore 64 should give the site a look.  It's simple fun.
