Anonymous writes "Moonpod's Starscape has just undergone a major update. As well as fixing compatibility problems, the update includes new gameplay modes and feature enhancements.
Starscape's latest patch takes it to version 1.4d, and includes the following enhancements
- New Survival Mode (for when you just want a quick shotemup fix!)
- 800X600 play area option
- New difficulty modes: easy|medium|hard
- New piece of equipment to add to your ships: cargo containers
- A new D3D renderer for improved performance and compatibility especially with older hardware
Moonpod's online high score table will also soon support survival mode, and will also be opened to anyone with a new high score table for demo users. Existing owners of Starscape can download an update from the Moonpod Customer Panel. Everyone else can get the newly updated demo here"
