What: Major League Gaming (MLG), today announced that its next tournament will be held on February 21-22, 2004 in Philadelphia, PA. The event, “The Philly Eastern Regional”, is the second in the MLG 2003-2004 season and features: Halo™, Soul Calibur II™, Gran Turismo 3™ and a new MLG title, ESPN NFL Football 2k4™. A minimum of $10,000 in cash will be awarded to tournament winners.

Registration: Opens on MLG's website at www.mlgpro.com. The entry fee is $50 per participant.

Additional Info: MLG has joined forces with Halo Nationals for the Philly event. The Halo Nationals have come under the MLG umbrella to ensure that the MLG Philly event includes a top notch Halo competition with teams from across the country. Additionally, MLG has joined forces with ESPN Video Games and will replace EA’s Madden 2004 title with ESPN NFL Football 2004. Previous Madden competitors’ rankings will transfer. The tournament will be held at the Downtown Philly Marriott.
