Rock Legend is a turn based strategy game where the player is the singer in a Rock/Pop Band. You start the game with no backing band, very little money, and just a few cover versions to get you started. As the game progresses, you write the songs, book the gigs, rehearse, practice your musical skills, and promote the band in an effort to build up a following. Your first gigs are small affairs with no lighting and maybe 4 people and a dog in the audience. As you get better, word will spread about the band and you will end up playing to sold out stadiums with a huge light, laser and pyrotechnics show to back you up. Along the way you will deal with product endorsements, personality conflicts, demotivated band members, cancelled gigs, charity gigs, demands for ever bigger entourages and more expensive instruments, Record deals and lots more.
